摘    要:通过考虑温度和相变对等效物性参数的影响,建立了包含附加应力和应变的弹塑性增量本构关系,并采用该本构关系和ABAQUS软件构建了淬火过程的数值模拟平台.该本构模型引入的附加应力和应变分别由温度变化和相演化引起的.具有明确的物理意义.通过对26Cr2Ni4MoV钢的圆筒零件水淬过程的模拟表明,该模型能够正确地分析残余应力沿半径方向的分布规律.并且在截面中间部位残余应力值和靠近外表面的应力峰值与实测值更加接近,说明全面考虑温度和相变影响的弹塑性增量本构关系可改善模拟计算的精度.

Abstract:An incremental constitutive model was developed for accurate simulation of quenching of steel. The influence of phase volume fraction and temperature on the material properties, such as modulus of elasticity, and expansion coefficient, was considered by introducing the extra-stress and the extra-strain formed due to the variation of temperature and phase transformation during quenching. The quenching process of a hollow cylinder made of 26Cr2Ni4MoV steel was simulated by using this model and FEM. Calculated residual stresses in middle section and the vicinity of exterior surface of the cylinder are coincident with the measured values. The constitutive model considering temperature and phase transformation can improve the accuracy in predicting residual stress of steel component after quenching.
