摘    要:为实现钻井过程中井下可燃气体的准确检测,本文针对现有的气体检测方法进行了研究。通过研究基于红外吸收原理、热导原理、光声光谱原理、半导体电导率变化原理、催化燃烧原理和拉曼光谱原理的气体检测方法,综合对比各类方法的优缺点和适用性,并根据钻井过程中的实际情况要求,最终选择了催化燃烧式可燃气体传感器作为钻井过程中井下可燃气体检测的传感器。理论分析表明此类传感器可以实现井下高温可燃气体的检测。

Abstract:In order to detect the downhole combustible gas in well drilling exactly,the existing gas detection methods are studied in this paper.Through researching the methods based on infrared absorption,thermal conductance,photoacoustic spectroscopy,semiconductor conductivity change principle,catalytic combustion and Raman spectroscopy,we compared the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and theirs applicability.And according to the actual requirements in the process of well drilling,catalytic combustion combustible gas sensor was selected as the sensor of downhole combustible gas detection.Theoretical analysis shows that this sensor can realize downhole high-temperature combustible gas detection.
