高压变频器瞬时停电再起动方法的研究

摘    要:对目前变频器中常用的几种瞬时停电再起动方法进行了比较研究.针对高压变频器的特殊情况,提出了一种具有最大电流限制功能的基于定子电流矢量的转速估算方法,自动再起动瞬时停电后自由旋转的电机.该方法实现简便,不需要额外添加任何硬件,提高了变频器处理不正常运行状态的能力.实验结果表明了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:This paper discusses several methods of the inverter restart after a momentary power interruption in common use at present. To the particularity of the high voltage inverter, a frequency search method with current-limit control is proposed based on the stator current vectors to restart the free-running motor automatically after the power recovery. This strategy can realize easily without any additional hardware and improve the performance of the inverter in abnormal operating conditions. Experiments are performed to verify the developed scheme.
