柴油氧化安定性超标的原因分析及对策

摘    要:120万t/a加氢精制装置原料为催化柴油、焦化汽柴油,装置于2013年7月8日开始停工检修,2013年7月31日开工正常,装置开工初期加工的焦化汽油包括一部分停工期间储存的汽油(储罐有气封),8月10日开始混兑停工期间储存的汽油(储罐没有气封),8月13日开始陆续出现柴油氧化安定超标,文章从流程、原料变化、操作波动、反应深度等几方面分析柴油氧化安定性超标的原因,并采取相应措施。

Abstract:Raw materials of 1.2Mt/a hydrofining unit were catalytic diesel oil, coker gasoline and diesel. Shut-down maintenanceof the device started on July 8, 2013. On July 31, 2013, the device started normal operation, then coking gasoline produced in theinitial period of operation and partial gasoline stored in the storage tank during the shutdown ( the storage tank had gas seal ) beganto be mixed into the gasoline stored in the storage tank during the shutdown (the storage tank had not gas seal) on August 10. OnAugust 13, diesel oxidation stability exceeding standard appeared. In this paper, from the aspects of process, raw materials, operationfluctuation, and reaction depth and so on, reasons of diesel oxidation stability exceeding standard were analyzed, and correspondingmeasures were put forward.
