消痈喷雾剂提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了消痈喷雾剂的乙醇最佳提取工艺。采用正交试验,以黄芩苷提取量为考察指标,优选消痈喷雾剂最佳提取工艺。实验结果显示最佳工艺条件是60%乙醇溶液,10,8,8倍溶媒量,提取2 h,提取3次。优选得到的工艺稳定可行,适合工业化大生产。

Abstract:To study optimum extraction process conditions for Xiaoyong spray, the orthogonal design was carried out. The processconditions were optimized by determining the utilization ratio of baicalin.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions areas follows: 60% alcohol, amount of alcohol 10, 8,8 times, extraction times 3, extraction time 2 h. The optimized process is stable andsuitable for industrial production.
