| 摘 要： | 样品中三环唑质量分数ω(%)采用液相色谱外标法(GB20701–2006)测定。较全面地考虑了整个测定过程可能引入不确定度的因素,根据不确定度评定的数学模型,建立了评定程序和方法,确立了ω标、A标、A样、m标、m样以及溶液配置定容共6个不确定度分量并分别进行评定,最后合成了测量结果ω(%)的标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。评价方法适用于液相色谱外标法测定原药或制剂中三环唑的质量分数。

| Abstract: | The contents of tricyclazole in 75% WP is determinated by HPLC. In this paper, various factors which could affect the precision of the result were discussed systematically and a mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established. The uncertainty of the entire process was analyzed to get the extended uncertainty. The procedure and method of evaluation are useful to uncertainty evaluation in the similar experiments. |
