HYSYS软件模拟克劳斯法硫磺回收工艺

摘    要:HYSYS软件因为物性数据库不完整,对克劳斯(Claus)法硫磺回收工艺不能进行有效模拟。通过完善HYSYS软件自带数据库中的部分物性数据,HYSYS软件亦可对克劳斯法硫磺回收工艺进行高精度模拟。本文利用完善后的HYSYS软件对中国石化上海高桥分公司原油适应性改造工程环保项目硫磺回收装置和中国石油克拉玛依石化公司硫磺回收装置扩能改造项目进行了工艺模拟,结果与SULSIM软件模拟结果进行比较,其计算偏差在允许范围内。

Abstract:Database of HYSYS software was not comprehensive enough to effecitvely simulate the Claus sulfur recovery process. But if the database of HYSYS was patched by some component’s thermodynamic data, HYSYS software could also be used to simulate the Claus sulfur recovery process, accurately. Based on this idea, this paper simulated the sulfur recovery project of Shang-hai Gaoqiao petrochemical industries company and Xinjiang Karamay petrochemical industries company, and the simulation results was in accordance with that of SULSIM software by and large, and the calculation error was within the allowable range.
