摘    要:建立车架的有限元模型,利用Hypermesh软件对车架进行频率响应分析,得到车架结构的响应特性。在ADAMS/CAR软件中建立整车动力学模型,通过仿真获取车架与悬架连接处所受到的动态外载。运用疲劳分析软件MSC.FATIGUE ,选取有效的 S- N曲线,结合车架动力响应特性和多体动力学仿真结果,采用Dirlik疲劳评估模型计算出车架危险位置的疲劳寿命,为提高该车架的安全性提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper ,the finite element model of a car frame was set up by use of Hypermesh software to make the frequency response analysis ,and the response characteristics of the frame structure were analyzed .Then the full dynamic model of the frame was built in ADAMS/CAR ,through the simulation and calculation ,the loads time history of the connected between frame and suspension was obtained .Using fatigue analysis software MSC .FATIGUE and the S- N curve ,combining the above results with the Dirlik fatigue assessment model ,We could calculate the fatigue life of the frame .It provides a basis to improve the safety of the frame .
