电子驻车制动系统控制电路设计

摘    要:在结合目前国内外电子驻车制动系统研究现状以及对其功能要求分析的基础之上,针对钢索牵引式电子驻车制动系统进行整体设计。依次对倾角传感器、电机转速传感器和拉力传感器等进行选型并完成各模块的电路设计;完成实车匹配并根据驾驶员实际操作以及各种车况进行驻车制动或解除的功能调试,结果表明其静态特性和动态特性均满足设计要求。

Control Circuit Design for Electronic Parking Brake System

Abstract:Based on the research status of electronic parking brake system at home and abroad and the function analysis of electronic parking brake system,the overall design of a cable-type electronic parking brake system was carried out.The gradient sensor,motor speed sensor and parking pulling sensor were selected,and each module circuit was designed.The real vehicle matching and the parking/removing function debugging in variable drive conditions were completed.The results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the electronic parking brake system can meet the design requirements.
