| 摘 要： | 以压盖环零件为载体,对薄壁盘环类零件的机械加工工艺进行研究。通过对压盖环零件进行图样分析,确定其加工难点,提出工艺解决方案并进行了专用工装设计。实践表明,采用该工艺解决方案能够满足压盖环零件的加工需要,经实际加工验证能够达到图样要求。

| Abstract: | Taking agland ring as example,this paper studied the machining process of thin-walled ring parts.On the basis of the analysis on the part,it put forward the technical solution,and designed special frock clamp.Practice shows that adopting the technical solution can meet the processing needs of the part. |
