基于PLC控制变频抽水系统的方案设计

摘    要:针对当前某些地区抽水系统中存在的自动化程度不高、能耗严重、可靠性低的缺点加以研究,设计出一种在这3个方面都有所提高的PLC控制的变频抽水系统。通过对抽水系统的运行特征及工作状态的分析,用磁致伸缩线性液位变送器采集蓄水池液位信号,通过PLC和变频器自动调节水泵电机的转速,实现变频抽水。

Abstract:To the problems in pumping systems in some areas of low automation lever ,high energy consumption and low reliability , this paper introduces the design of a new kind of frequency conversion pumping system based on PLC .On the basis of analysis on the working state of the pumping system ,a magnetostrictive linear liquid level transmitter is chosen to acquire the water level signal of accumulator ,the rotational speed of water pump motor is automatically adjusted by PLC and converter ,and the frequency conversion pumping system is realized .
