基于ANSYS的齿根过渡曲线形状优化研究

摘    要:齿根过渡曲线形状对齿轮强度的影响很大。利用SolidWorks齿轮参数化建模,其中齿根过渡曲线采用多段圆弧;基于啮合齿轮的接触分析,以齿根最大von-Mises应力的极小值为目标变量,采用ANSYS Workbench对齿根过渡曲线形状进行了优化研究,优化后的过渡曲线可以大幅度改善齿轮齿根受力情况、降低齿轮损坏的机率。通过实验验证了本方法的可行性,同时对获取最佳齿根过渡曲线形状具有理论指导意义。

Abstract:Tooth root transition curve is crucial to gear intensity .The geometry model of a tooth profile ,which adopted several circular arc as tooth root transition curve ,was established with SolidWork parameterization .On the basis of contact analysis of meshing gear and the minimum value of maximum stress of tooth root as goal variable ,tooth root transition curve was optimized by ANSYS Workbench .The optimal curve could greatly improve the stress status of tooth root and decrease the probability of gear distress .Examples verifed the feasibility of this optimization ,at the same time ,there is a certain theoretical guiding significance for getting optimal tooth root transition curve .
