摘 要: | 介绍了SUG催化剂在Unipol聚丙烯装置上的工业应用情况,考察了SUG催化剂的聚合适应性和产品性能,并与参比催化剂进行了比较。结果表明,SUG催化剂的主要组成与参比催化剂相近,但微观结构与参比催化剂有一定差异,内孔丰富,孔径略小而孔体积大。工业应用结果表明,SUG催化剂的聚合活性高,生产的聚丙烯粉料堆积密度高,粒径分布窄,粒子形态好而细粉含量低,工业装置运行平稳,单耗与参比催化剂相当。用示差扫描量热仪、热变形温度等表征方法分析2种催化剂所生产的聚丙烯的结构和性能,结果显示2种催化剂生产的聚丙烯各方面性能相当。

Abstract: | Application of SUG catalyst in an industrial Unipol polypropylene process was introduced. The adaptability and product properties of SUG catalyst were compared with a ref catalyst. It was showed that the main component of the two catalysts were similar to each other though there were some difference in their particle structure. The SUG catalyst had plenty of inner pore, and large pore volume than its counterpart. Application of the SUG catalyst in the industry Unipol polypropylene plant showed that SUG catalyst had high polymerization activity; the produced polymer particles had high bulk density, narrow distribution, good morphology, and low content of fine. During the application, the plant worked stable, and the unit consume was similar to the ref catalyst. The structures and properties of the polymer produced by two catalysts were characterized by DSC, HDT and so on, which was showed to be comparable. |
