改性高锰钢环锤的消失模铸造模拟

摘    要:通过采用Procast软件对消失模铸造高锰钢环锤的充型及凝固过程进行了数值模拟,观察其缺陷产生的部位,并分析缺陷产生原因。以此为依据,对高锰钢环锤的生产过程进行优化,有效避免缩松、缩孔在其关键部位的形成。

Abstract:Through using Procast software to numerically simulate the filling and solidification process of lost foam casting ,the defect zone was found ,and the causes were analyzed in this paper .According to this ,the production process of the high manganese steel ring hammer was optimized effectively to avoid shrinkage porosity in the formation of the key part .
