基于Fluent的电磁卸荷阀主阀流场数值仿真分析

摘    要:利用流体仿真软件Fluent建立了乳化液泵站电磁卸荷阀主阀的二维网格仿真模型,并利用建立的模型对主阀内的流体运动流场进行了仿真,得出在开口度不同以及压差不同时,主阀腔内流体的速度分布云图以及压力分布云图。通过分析得出:在一定条件下,主阀开口度越大,阀口拐角处的压力损失越少,流体流经阀口的流速越慢;流体的最大流速均出现在阀口处,主阀入口压力越大,流体流经阀口的流速越快。增加节流口,可减少工作介质对阀口产生的瞬间冲击、阀芯的振动、气蚀损害,可提高电磁阀的使用寿命。

Abstract:Based on fluid simulation software Fluent,the two-dimensional grid simulation model of the main valve of an electromagnetic unloading valve is established in this paper,which is used in an emulsion pump station.The simulation on the flow field of unloading main valve is carried out,the pressure and velocity distribution in different differential pressure and opening is got.The results show:Under certain conditions,the greater the main valve opening,the less the pressure loss in the valve port corner,the slower the velocity of fluid through the valve port;Maximum velocity of fluid appears in the valve port,the larger main valve inlet pressure will make a greater velocity of fluid through the valve port.By increasing the throttle opening,the impact of working medium on the valve port is reduced,and the service life of the solenoid valve is improved.
