饲料添加剂二甲酸钾的合成研究

摘    要:对饲料添加剂二甲酸钾的合成工艺进行了研究,实验表明,二甲酸钾合成的适宜条件为:甲酸∶氢氧化钾(摩尔比)=2.5∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间2h,在此条件下,二甲酸钾的收率达90%以上。

Abstract:Potassium diformate was synthesized from formic acid and potassium hydroxide.The optimum reaction conditions were determined. The results showed when the mole ratio (formic acid∶potassium hydroxide) was 2.5∶1,reaction time was 2h and reac-tiontemperature was 60℃,the yield was more than 90%.
