无碳小车的机械结构设计

摘    要:探讨了小车的驱动方案,解决了小车自动绕障、平稳运行等关键问题,确定了小车使用的材料、驱动原理以及各结构参数。所设计的小车结构合理、性能优越、行驶平稳,创造了绕桩40个的记录,远远高于全国参赛队平均绕桩11个的成绩,在79支参赛队伍中取得了第一的优异成绩。

Abstract:This paper discussed the driving scheme of the carbon-free vehicle firstly ,and then solved the key problems such as avoiding obstacle automatically ,running smoothly .At last ,it chose the materials used in the vehicle ,the driving solution and the structure size by theoretical calculation and actual test .The vehicle shows superior performance and stable operation ,is much better than others and makes the record of avoiding 40 obstacles ,which is much higher than the average performance of avoiding 11 obstacles .
