| 摘 要： | 为解决在焊接冶金设备转炉炉身等厚壁压力容器时存在的问题，经过反复试验，总结了一套切实可行的埋弧焊焊接方案。主要从焊接坡口要求、焊接材料选用、钢板施焊前的要求、焊接参数及焊后处理等几个方面进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem existing in welding metallurgy equipment ,pressure vessel with the thick wall such as the converter body ,a set of feasible scheme of the submerged arc welding is summarized after repeated tests .This paper mainly introduces the issues in the automatic submerged arc welding process of pressure vessel from the aspects of welding groove ,selection of welding material ,requirements of steel plate before welding ,welding parameters and process after welding etc . |
