摘    要:主轴是磨齿机的重要组成部分,主轴的振动特性对齿轮的磨削精度与生产效率有着很大的影响。以磨齿机的主轴系统为研究对象,建立有限元模型,并通过有限元软件 ANSYS对其进行模态分析,得出了主轴系统的固有频率和最大偏振量。分析了不同跨距和不同主轴材料弹性模量等条件下主轴的动态特性,通过对数据进行比较分析,总结出其内在规律,为降低主轴振动、提高齿轮磨削精度提供有意义的参考。

Abstract:Spindle is an important part of grinding machine ,the dynamic characteristics of the spindle has a great impact on gear grinding precision and production efficiency . Taking the grinding machine spindle system as the research object , this paper established a finite element model ,carried out the modal analysis by finite element software ANSYS ,and got the natural frequencies of the spindle system and the maximum polarization .The influences of different span and different spindle material on the dynamic characteristics of the spindle were analyzed ,its inherent law was summarized through a comparative analysis of the data ,in order to provide meaningful reference for the further study on grinding machine spindle vibration characteristics .
