摘 要: | 运用流程模拟软件ASPEN PLUS,模拟了丁二烯抽提装置第二汽提及溶剂精制系统,介绍了建立模型过程中的模块选取和工艺参数等的输入。采用WILSON、NRTL和UNIFAC三种热力学模型对DMF-C4、DMF-二聚物-C4物系进行模拟计算,并将计算的结果与原设计值进行对比,从对比结果来看,选择NRTL物性方法进行模拟计算的结果与原设计更为接近。

Abstract: | The model for simulation of the second stripper and solvent refining system was established based on flow-simulated soft-ware ASPEN PLUS. Lots of notice during the process of simulation, such as selection of modules and input of parameters etc, were introduced. Three kinds of thermodynamic model WILSON, NRTL and UNIFAC were used to simulate DMF-C4, DMF-bipolymer-C4 system, and the calculated results were compared with the original design value. According to the comparison results, the simula-tion result of using NRTL property methods was more close the original design value. |
