基于模糊控制的液压滚切式双边剪同步性研究

摘    要:双边剪的剪切同步性能是其重要的技术指标之一,其同步精度的高低直接影响到钢板的剪切质量。针对液压滚切式双边剪两侧剪刃剪切出现偏载时,传统 PID控制策略无法满足要求精度这一情况,通过在传统PID控制器基础上加入模糊PID自适应控制器来实现双边剪固定侧与移动侧的液压缸同步动作控制。运用AMESim和MATLAB联合仿真,得到的结果表明该方法明显提高了两侧剪刃在负载不均时的同步精度。

Abstract:Synchronization of bilateral shear is an important technical indicator ,the synchronization accuracy will directly affect the steel plate shear quality .The traditional PID control can not meet the requirements of precision when there ’s a partial load on the hydraulic rolling-cut bilateral shear .For solving this problem ,a fuzzy-PID adaptive controller is added to the control system ,to achieve synchronization control of the hydraulic cylinders in fixed side and mobile side .The simulation is completed in AMESim and MATLAB co-simulation environment ,the results show that this method improves the synchronization accuracy of both sides of the cutting edge in the condition of uneven load .
