摘    要:在叶片制造过程中对叶片钢增加无损检测以进行内在质量控制,抓住最后一次可以超探的机会,在最终性能热处理后发现有内在缺陷的叶片钢,予以剔除内部留有隐患的叶片钢,防止有贯穿缺陷的叶片被高速运转,结果证明,可通过分析缺陷产生的原因,来完善工艺道序,保证产品的质量。

Abstract:The ultrasonic testing(UT) is applied for the blade material after the final heat treatment has been performed.The aim of UT inspection is to check the inside defects,so the blade with any internal defects will be scraped to prevent the problem blade from the next manufacturing step or from operation in turbine.At the same time,the reason to cause the defects can be found,therefore the procedure can be improved to assure the quality.
