摘    要:为适应内蒙古地区干旱缺水的环境特点,降低火电机组的水耗,针对660 MW超超临界褐煤锅炉的技术特性,提出并应用了一套回收锅炉烟气中水分并加以利用的节水装置.该装置通过在脱硫塔出口烟道内加装冷却器,降低了烟气温度,使得烟气中的水蒸气受冷凝结,并汇集成有利用价值的液态水.实际运行结果表明,该烟气取水装置具有节水效果显著、出...

Abstract:In order to adapt to the geographical characteristics of drought and water shortage in northern China and reduce the water consumption of thermal power units,a set of water-saving device is proposed and applied to recover and utilize the moisture in boiler flue gas according to the technical characteristics of 660 MW ultra supercritical lignite boiler.By installing a cooler in the flue gas outlet of the desulfurization tower,the flue gas temperature is reduced,and the water vapor in the flue gas is cooled and condensed,and the valuable liquid water is collected.The actual operation results show that the flue gas water intake device has the advantages of remarkable water saving effect and flexible output adjustment.In view of the overflow problem of condensate pool,two users were added after the optimization and transformation,namely,make-up water for desulfurization absorption tower and flushing water for dust collecting plate of wet electrostatic precipitator,which ensured the long-term reliable operation of the equipment and achieved double benefits of water saving and environmental protection.The relevant application debugging experience can be used as reference for similar equipment in the future.
