摘    要:现有的管柱补偿器存在下井过程中受到尾管重力的影响提前启动、补偿距离短、不能全程传递转矩等问题。研制了长行程管柱补偿器。该管柱补偿器主要由启动部分、补偿密封部分组成。采用液压开启,根据管柱的伸长或缩短量自动补偿; 启动保护结构有效解决了提前启动的难题; 通过改进补偿密封机构,增大了补偿距离; 设计滑块机构,全程传递转矩。现场应用情况表明,该管柱补偿器成功率达100%,有效减少管柱蠕动,延长封隔器等井下工具使用寿命,减少作业工作量。

Abstract:Due to existing string compensators incur the following problems such as easy pre-starting influenced by liner weight during getting into well,with short telescopic compensation distance and difficult transmitting torque,and a long-stroke string compensator was developed.The compensator is composed of starting part and compensation sealing part.Started by hydraulic pressure,the compensator can expand or contract automatically according to the length variation of the pipe string.Protection mechanism designed in starting part to avoid early start and compensation sealing mechanism improved to increase the compensation distance.Meanwhile,slider mechanism designed for transmission torque in full range.Field scale application show that success rate of telescopic compensation is 100%.So it can effectively eliminate the creep of the string,prolong the service life of the downhole tools,such as packer,as well as reduce the work of operation.
