深水钢质懒波型立管技术进展及研究方向

摘    要:作为一种改良型的钢悬链线立管(Steel Catenary Riser,SCR),钢质懒波型立管(Steel Lazy-Wave Riser,SLWR)在深水油气开发中的应用越来越广泛。介绍了SLWR技术概况,调研了SLWR在海洋油气开发中的应用现状; 分析了SLWR在力学分析、安装分析等力学方面的研究进展; 进行了SLWR分析的主要理论介绍,包括悬链线理论和大挠度梁理论; 最后就SLWR技术作出了展望,可对中国SLWR技术发展起到一定的参考作用。

Abstract:As a kind of advanced SCR,Steel lazy-wave riser(SLWR)has gained more application in the development of deepwater oil and gas field.The technology overview of SLWR and its application status in offshore oil and gas development are introduced.The advancement of mechanic analysis and installation analysis is presented.The two main theories of SLWR analysis,including the catenary theory and large deflection beam theory is proposed.Finally,the outlook of SLWR in the analysis and the development direction in China is discussed,and it can provide certain guidance on the development of SLWR.
