高温高压储层智能分注工艺可靠性研究

摘    要:渤中25-1油田高温高压注水井面临油藏温度高、管柱蠕动大和常规测调技术不适用的难题。采用智能测调分注工艺,可有效解决测调效率低的问题。研究该工艺的耐高温高压性能及电缆通信可靠性显得尤为重要。从管柱结构、管柱蠕动计算、材料耐高温和电缆保护等方面分析了高温高压智能分注工艺的可靠性,得出的结论是:“分体式”智能分注管柱保证了施工和注水测调的可靠性; 高温高压深井防蠕动管柱工艺设计保证了耐高压可靠性; 优化选材及老化试验保证了耐高温可靠性; 关键工具的电缆保护设计及电缆强度试验则保证了电缆通信的可靠性。

Abstract:Problems of high temperature,string creeping and conventional inapplicable measurement techniques will be taken into account in HTHP water injection wells of BZ 25-1 oilfield.The problem of low efficiency of measuring and adjusting can be solved by using intelligent separate-layer water injection technology,while the study on HTHP property and telecommunication reliability of this technology is vitally important.In this article the reliability of HTHP intelligent separate-layer water injection technology is analyzed in sight of string structure,creeping calculation,material high temperature property and cable protection,etc.Several conclusions are arrived at:reliability of construction can be assured by using “Split-type” smart separate-layer water injection string,reliability of high pressure property will be guaranteed with the design of anti-creep string,security of high temperature is ensured with material optimization and aging test,dependability of telecommunication will be satisfied with cable protection design of key tool and strength test of cable.
