摘    要:工业生成的20Cr13马氏体不锈钢钢卷在制造餐具刀叉时出现了表面粗糙缺陷,为了分析该缺陷的产生原因,通过对两个批次生产的20Cr13实验钢卷进行化学成分分析、对比加热炉残氧含量以及观察表面氧化皮的形貌与厚度,结果表明:当钢卷中的Cr和Si元素含量的较大时,会导致难以去除的FeCr2O4的尖晶石复合氧化物和铁橄榄石Fe2...

Abstract:The 20Cr13 martensitic stainless steel coil produced by industrial production had a surface rough defects.By using chemical composition analysis,residual oxygen contrast and surface oxide scales observe,the resulting causes of surface roughness defects are studied and analyzed.The results show that the complex and multiple phase composition(remained FeCr2O4 and Fe2SiO4)of the surface oxide scales are appeared by increasing Cr and Si content in 20 Cr13.When residual oxygen content fraction of reheating furnace is more than 2.5%,surface oxide scales are thinner in thickness and distribution of surface oxide scales are uneven.The surface roughness defects of 20Cr13 has drastically decreased or disappeared after the process improvement,which Si content is controlled in 0.40%~0.45%,Cr content is controlled in 13.20%~13.35% and residual oxygen content is controlled in 1.5%~2.5%,which can effectively avoid surface roughness defects in 20Cr12 steel coils.
