内嵌式固井附件密封单元研制

使用特殊螺纹的套管逐渐增多,与之配套的固井附件需要加工相应的套管螺纹,存在加工难、费用高且质量不易保证等缺点。内嵌式固井附件可以解决上述问题,但国外产品价格昂贵且使用过程中存在坐封不稳、沿套管内壁滑动的问题; 国内研究仍处于探索阶段,仅有几项专利,没见到进行试验或现场应用的报道。介绍了内嵌式固井附件的工作原理,对其密封单元的卡瓦、密封圈等进行了优化; 设计了内嵌式固井附件密封单元。室内试验表明:该固井附件密封单元可以满足固井附件锚定、密封套管的要求,为进一步研制内嵌式固井附件提供参考。

Development of A Sealing Unit of Embedded Cementing Accessory

The quality of cementing has a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of drilling engineering.Currently special thread casings have got more and more used,and cementing its supporting accessories to be processed corresponding casing thread.There is a difficult process,costly and difficult to guarantee the quality and other shortcomings.Embedded cementing accessories can solve these problems,but foreign products are expensive and the course of practical application exists packer instability,slide along the inner wall of the casing.Domestic research is still in the exploratory stage.Only a few patents can be searched and the laboratory tests or field applications are not reported.The embedded cementing accessory sealing unit slips,seals and other optimized design of the embedded accessory cementing sealing unit.The laboratory test proves the sealing unit of embedded cementing accessory can meet the cementing anchor,sealing sleeve requirements.It is to the benefit of the embedded cementing accessory for further development.
