JC50DBZ型直驱绞车结构和关键技术分析

为了提高石油钻机绞车的效率、节约能源和环保、提高钻井效率,促进钻机的轻量化发展,方便使用、安装和运输,采用机电融合的直驱技术,研制了JC50DBZ型直驱绞车。该绞车采用直驱技术,提高了传动效率,减少了故障点,缩短了绞车检查和维护时间,使钻井效率提高; 通过绞车结构优化,缩小了绞车尺寸和质量; 采用直推盘刹和集成新型盘刹液压站,提高了刹车的响应速度。分析了直驱绞车的结构、原理和关键技术,并和齿轮传动的一挡和两挡结构绞车进行了性能对比。

Structure and Key Technology Analysis of Model JC50DBZ Direct Drive Drawworks

For the sake of improving transmission efficiency of rig drawworks,energy saving,improving drilling efficiency,promoting lightweight of rig,easy to use,making installation and transportation more convenient,model JC50DBZ direct drive drawworks is developmented.The drawworks adopts direct drive technology of mechatronics integration,improving transmission efficiency,reducing fault points,shortening inspection and maintenance time,improving drilling efficiency; the drawworks dimension and quality are reduced through optimizing structrure; response speed of brake is improved through adopting direct pushing hydraulic disc brake and integrating new style hydraulic power unit.The direct drive drawworks' structure,working principle and key technology are introduced and analysed in this article,and making a comparison with gear-driven single speed drawworks and double speed drawworks.
