采气用笼套式节流阀阀芯尺寸和节流开度研究

笼套式节流阀具有多孔道的特点,可改善通过的高压高速天然气流场的分布,进而降低振动和噪声,在采气生产中广泛使用。分析了笼套式节流阀在气田开采中的常见故障及失效原理。根据流量与压力值的关系计算出阀芯的推荐尺寸。通过有限元软件分析了产出流量相同时,不同阀芯尺寸、节流开度对节流阀阀芯的速度场和压力场的影响。两种方法得到的结论相同,可指导笼套式节流阀的阀芯选型。

Study on Valve Core Size and Opening Degree of Sleeve Choke Used in Gas Production

Sleeve choke has multi-holes in its valve core,so it can improve the distribution of high-speed & high-pressure natural gas stream through the choke.Sleeve choke is widely used in gas production wells for reducing vibration and noise when gas stream passes.In this paper,occurrence and theory of choke valve's failure are summarized,a recommended size of valve core is calculated according to the relationship formula of gas flow rate and pressure value,the influences of valve core size and opening degree on velocity field and pressure field of valve core when gas flow rate is fixed,are analyzed by FEA based on the recommended valve core size.The two methods give out the similar conclusion,so the study can effectively guide the selection of core size.
