燃气锅炉轴向空气分级燃烧NOx生成特性研究

摘    要:通过实验与数值模拟研究了轴向空气分级对甲烷燃烧过程NOx生成的影响,并在一台45 t/h燃气锅炉上进行了工程验证。结果表明,一次风过量空气系数0.8、还原区停留时间为1 s时,NOx排放浓度可降低30%。工业现场试验表明联合采用低氮燃烧器、空气分级和烟气再循环等技术后NOx减排达80%以上。

Abstract:The effect of air staging on NOx production in the methane combustion process was experimentally and numerically studied,and an industrial scale field trial in a 45 t/h gas-fired boiler was also conducted.The results show that the NO x formation reduced by 30%if the excess air ratio of the primary air was 0.8 and the residence time in the reductive zone was 1 s.The field trial results indicated that the overall NOx reduction would reach up to 80%if the low-NOx burner,air-staging and flue gas circulation were combinedly implemented.
