石油钻井电机间接矢量控制策略研究

摘    要:为提高石油钻井电机调速系统的动态响应特性,提出了一种采用异步电动机模型的石油钻井电机间接矢量控制策略。该策略的钻井电机转子角频率通过类转差频率控制方法求得,直接通过磁链指令对励磁电流进行计算,不需要磁链观察便可获取新的转矩和转速,能够较好地实现石油钻井电机的转速和转矩的跟踪控制。并在Matlab/Simulink环境中建立仿真模型,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to improve the dynamic response characteristics of oil drilling motor speed control system,an indirect vector control strategy based on asynchronous motor model is proposed in this paper.In this method,the rotor angular frequency is obtained by means of the frequency difference control method,the excitation current is calculated directly by the flux linkage,and the new torque and speed can be obtained without flux observation,which can realize the tracking control of the speed and torque of the oil rig.Finally,the simulation model is established in Matlab/Simulink environment,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
