JD-3P 机床功率变送器的试验研究

摘    要:为了适应切削过程的多种功率监控要求,监控系统必须获得切削过程的动态功率信号,常规测试仪表只能测量在一段时间内的平均功率,无法输出功率信号的瞬时值。因此必须设计一种能正确测量切削过程动态信号并能提供输出接口的功率变送器。本文介绍了结合上海市重点攻关项目FMS中的刀具状态监控系统所研制的机床功率变送器及其试验结果。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of various monitoring problems on cutting process,the dynamic power signal for power monitoring system must be measured.Traditional power measuring instruments can only measure the average power signal in a given time period with no instantaneous power signal output.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a power transducer that can measure dynamic signal of cutting process and provides interfaces for output signals.In this paper a machine tool power transducer(developed for the tool condition monitoring system for the Priority Poject of Shanghai Industrial Compaign for FMS)and the related experiments are introduced.
