| 摘 要： | 本文介绍放射性核素心血管造影左室功能测定的计算机软件,包括图象平滑、本底校正、截面计数分布扫描、感兴趣区选择、自动边界探测、兴趣区计数积分、左室功能参数定量计算及舒张耒和收缩末心室影象叠加等。利用此软件可获得左室喷血分数(LVEF)、相对搏出容量(RSV)、相对舒张末期容量(REDV)以及相对心输出量(RCO)。另外,可分析左室室壁活动。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the computer software for the detection of the left ventricular function by radionuclide angiocardiography. It consists of image smoothing, background correction, counting distribution by profile scan, choosing of ROI, automaic edge detection, integral of the ROI counts, quantification of the left ventricular function parameters and superposition of the end diastole and systole images. The basie principles of the methods are briefly mentioned. By using this software we can obtain four parameters: the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), the relative stroke volume (RSV), the relative enddiastole volume (REDV) and the relative cardiac output (RCO). In addition it is also served to analyse the left ventricular wall motion. |
