多晶YIG磁调滤波器研究

摘    要:工作频率在6GHz以下、瞬时带宽大于200MHz的磁调滤波器,用传统的单晶YIG磁调滤波器是难以实现的。选择多晶YIG小球作为谐振子,用环耦合结构,借鉴单晶YIG磁调滤波器的设计理论和方法,设计制作了多晶YIG磁调滤波器。器件实测性能如下:在频率2~4GHz范围内,3dB带宽大于150MHz,损耗小于6dB,已达到实用化,表明了多晶YIG用于磁调滤波器的可行性。
