摘    要:噻虫胺是一种高效、广谱、低毒的新烟碱类杀虫剂.综述了噻虫胺的合成方法,并对其中一种合成路线进行了详细的研究,即以硝基胍、2,3-二氯丙烯为起始原料,经过分解中间体1-(2-氯噻唑-5-甲基)-2-硝基亚胺基-3,5-二甲基-六氢-1.3,5-三嗪制备噻虫胺,总收率可达58.6%.此工艺路线具有选择性高、反应条件温和、反应时间短、产品纯度高、易于实现工业化生产等特点.

Abstract:Clothianidin is one of new neonicotinoids with good efficacy, broad spectrum and low toxicity for the non-targeted species. The synthesis of clothianidin was introduced in this paper. And one of the methods was researched in detailed in this paper. It started from nitroguanidine and 2,3-dichloropropene, and resolve the material named N-(1- ((2-chlorothiazol-5-propyl-1,3,5-triazinan-2-ylidene) nitamide into clothianidin.
