基于四象限调速的直流电机控制器设计

摘    要:介绍了基于单片机的直流串激电机四象限调速控制器。此控制器通过调节光电编码器的旋转方向及角度实现对直流串激电机转速和转向的控制;由功率场效应管组成可逆PWM系统实现了直流电机的四象限运行;同时对为系统供电的铅酸电池电压实时采样,由多个发光二极管显示电压范围;由霍尔电流传感器反映流经电机电枢的电流,当发生过流时采取硬件和软件双重保护。经过实际运行表明研制的串激直流电机控制系统达到了设计要求。

Abstract:The task of this project is to design a controller of DC series operating in four quadrants based on singlechip.The main functions of this system are as following: controlling the speed and turning of dynamo by modulating the optical encoder;achieving the dynamo operating in four quadrants by the control of bipolar driving reversible PWM circuit which consists of MOSFET;the sampling of the voltage of lead-acid-battery and using several LEDs to display the voltage;inspecting the current by current sensor and protecting the system through protection of both hardware and software.This system achieved the designed functions by testing.
