摘    要:介绍金隆铜业有限公司近几年铜电解精炼的生产状况,分析高杂质电解条件下阴极铜出现质量波动的原因和采取的解决措施、电积脱杂方面的改造和效果、萃取法脱除锑铋在电解液净化方面的应用、降低阴极铜含银的措施方法等。

Abstract:Production status of copper electrorefining in Jinlong Copper Co. Ltd. in recent years was introduced. Reasons of quality fluctuation of cathode copper under high impurity electrolysis condition and measures taken were analyzed. Improvement and effect of electrowinning impurity removal, application of extraction process to remove Sb and Bi in electrolyte purification, and measures to reduce Ag content in cathode copper were introduced.
