锦纶织物经轴连续染色技术及应用

摘    要:本文针对传统经轴染色过程浴比大、生产效率低、耗水量高、排污量大等技术瓶颈,通过研制立式经轴染缸设备及连续染色系统,开发经轴连续染色技术,介绍了经轴连续染色工艺及质量控制措施,并对锦纶织物染色,测试连续10次染色织物的色差及染色牢度。结果表明,经轴连续染色10次的锦纶织物均匀性和重现性较好,且耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达到3级以上,所生产的产品能满足质量要求;经轴连续染色废水可循环使用,大幅降低染色废水的排放,减轻了末端污水处理的负担,实现染色过程降低污染,同时提升生产效率,达到清洁生产和提质增效的双重目标。

Abstract:Aiming at the technical bottlenecks of traditional warp beam dyeing process,such as high bath ratio,low production efficiency,high water consumption and large amount of waste,through the development of vertical warp dyeing tank equipment and continuous dyeing system,the continuous dyeing technology of warp beam was developed.It introduced the continuous dyeing process of warp beam and the quality control measures,and tested the color difference and color fastness of nylon fabric dyed for 10 consecutive times.The results show that the products produced by continuous dyeing process of warp beam can meet the quality requirements,the evenness and reproducibility of nylon fabric dyed for 10 times were good,and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing reach grade 3 above.The continuous dyeing wastewater from warp beam can be recycled,which greatly reduces the discharge of the dyeing wastewater,lightens the burden of the terminal wastewater treatment,and reduces the pollution of the dyeing process and improves the production efficiency,and achieves the dual goals of cleaner production and quality improvement.
