摘    要:印刷线路板(PCB)成品检测是生产流程中的重要环节,主要检查PCB的成品有无发生开路、短路或线条过蚀等故障.印制板的成品检测直接影响到印制板的质量和生产成本.通用绕线式PCB测试系统实现了从测试点生成、绕线到针床加工、图纸输出及控制针床测试信息的集成.

Abstract:The roduct test of PCB(printed circuit board), which checks open circuit, short circuit, line cauterization and so on, is very important in the product line. It ensures the quality and affects the cost of the PCB. A PCB test system integrates testing point generation, testing-point linking and blueprint generation into one system. This paper deals with the design and implementation of a PCB testing system. Especially the key algorithms in the implementation of automatic testing point linking and optimization of sequence strings' location. The algorithm of testing point linking improves the quality and speedup the procedure of testing point linking. The algorithm of optimization of sequence strings' location can search the interspace of a linking graph automatically.
