油田富碳酸盐管垢的清洗

摘    要:研究了利用盐酸、醋酸及它们的混酸对富碳酸盐油田设备管垢进行清洗,讨论了酸的浓度、温度及添加剂对其溶垢能力的影响。结果表明,盐酸具有很强的溶垢能力,反应剧烈,对金属腐蚀大,需要与其它添加剂配合使用;醋酸在室温下溶垢能力小,在较高温度下才具有较好的除垢性.使用时浓度不宜过大。

Abstract:The cleaning of the pipe scale rich in carbonate in Pingbei Oil Field, was investigated withhydrochloric acid, acetic acid and the mixed acid of both the above. The influerence of acidconcentration, temperature and inhibitor on the solubility of scale was discussed. The results showedthat hydrochloric acid had a strong solubility for scale, vigorous reactivity and serious corrosion formetal, it must be used with some inhibitors; acetic acid had a weak solubility for scale at normaltemperature, and a stronger solubility for scale only at a elivated temperature with lower concentration.
