摘    要:隔膜纸是碱性锌锰电池的重要原材料,其技术性能要求高,必须满足制管及电池电化学性能及贮存性能的各项要求。国内企业对碱性锌锰电池隔膜纸的研发工作已取得了重要的突破。指出碱性锌锰电池隔膜纸的国产化需尽快解决的是产品的标准制定、理论性研究分析及各项认证、质量管理工作;碱性锌锰电池隔膜纸未来的技术发展趋势为更小的内阻,较长的电池贮存期,各种膜、纤维复合技术,双层成纸技术及透气度在线检测控制技术。

Abstract:Separator is a key material for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries.Its technical performance must be good enough to meet the requirements of separator tube making,electrochemical property and storage performance for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries.Some important breakthough in the field of separator research for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries has been achieved in Chinese battery industry.It was pointed out that the domestically production of separators for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries needed standard establishing,theoretical research and analysis,as well as the quality certification and management.The development trend of future separators for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries was of lower internal-resistance,longer storage period,complex technique of various membrane and fiber,double-layered separator,and the online inspection technique for air permeability.
