| 摘 要： | 对重油催化裂化装置油浆换热器管壁污垢主要组分进行分析,并采用水基清洗剂、柴油和环保溶剂对污垢进行清洗。介绍了三种清洗方法的优缺点,提出了用环保溶剂清洗后再用大水量正反向冲洗彻底清除污垢的方法。

| Abstract: | The main componets of the fouling on the pipe wall of RFCC unit were analysized by the author.Water-based degreasing agent,diesel and environment friendly solvent to clean the fouling were used.The article introduces the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods and puts away a new method which is using a quantity of water to wash forward and reverse after environment friendly solvent cleaning. |
