摘    要:应用数字温度传感芯片LM74和单片机设计了一种自优化规则模糊温度控制系统应用于环氧树脂基纳米复合材料固化温度控制,该控制器应用带灵敏度因子的全论域参数自调整算法在控制过程中实现控制规则自动优化。通过离线计算将控制规则优化信息融合于控制查询表中,在不增加在线计算量的前提下依据控制状态动态优化控制规则,增强了对控制对象参数变化的适应性,改善了动态性能。仿真和实际应用证明了该温度控制器的有效性。

Fuzzy temperature control system based on digital temperature sensor
Abstract:A self optimizing rule fuzzy temperature controller implemented with LM74 and single chip processor is provided. The controller is applied in solidifying temperature control for epoxy nanocomposites preparation. By being composed of parameter self adjust algorithm with sensitivity factor and control performance evaluating algorithm, the controller can realize self optimizing control rules during the control process. For the info of rule adjusting can be inosculated in control output performance query table by the way of off line calculation, the controller can optimize control rule according to rule control state diversification without increase on line computational burden. The adaptability to parameter diversification is strengthened and dynamic performance of the controller is improved.The emulation and application in temperature control for epoxy nanocomposites preparation proved the effectiveness of the controller.
