| 摘 要： | 主要探讨研发一种新型的具有抗菌功能的水过滤熔喷滤芯。聚丙烯和NDAM抗菌单体在引发剂的作用下接枝共聚制成树脂切片(简称PP-g-NDAM),通过熔喷实验,探讨该原料的熔喷工艺成形性能及其熔喷非织造布的基本性能,以及加工抗菌水过滤熔喷滤芯的可行性。该滤芯在保证过滤效率的同时,具有杀灭细菌的功能,可极大提高过滤水的饮用安全性。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the development of a new antibacterial function of melt-blown filter element for water filtration.Under the action of the initiator,PP grafts with NDAM antibacterial monomer to make resin sections （referred to as PP-g-NDAM）,by melt-blown experiment,besides,discussing the melt-blown process and basic performance of melt-blown fabric of the modified PP,besides,discussing the feasibility of the antibacterial melt-blown filter element for water filtration.The filter element,which is made from PP-g-NDAM has high filtration efficiency and high sterilizing rate,can greatly improve the safety of drinking water filtration. |
