盲孔式煤炭地下气化模型实验

摘    要:为适应回收“三下”煤炭资源的需要,提出了盲孔式煤炭地下气化技术。简述了盲孔式地下气化方法,介绍了模型实验台、实验系统及实验过程,并对实验结果进行了分析,测试结果表明,气化剂性质不仅影响着炉体的温度分布,而且也决定着煤气的组分和热值。盲孔炉四周煤体在高温作用下,其组织结构和表面形态都发生了质的变化,形成干馏组合碹,从而提高了气化炉周围煤体的承载能力和整体稳定性。这样,盲孔式地下气化方法使回收“三下”煤炭资源成为可能,这无疑为煤炭地下气化技术走向商业化生产,奠定了重要的理论基础。

Abstract:The technology for underground coal gasification is put forward with blind hole type in order to meet the demands of recovering the coal resources under buildings, railways and water bodies. The method of underground gasification with blind hole type is explained in short, the model test platform, test system and test process are also introduced, and the test results are analyzed. Measurement results indicate that the nature of gasification agent not only affects stove body temperature distribution, but determines coal gas compositions and heat value. Under high temperature action, the structure and surface appearance of coal bodies around the blind hole gasifier have changed, and formed the distillation combine zone, which improves load carrying ability and integral stability for coal bodies around gasification stove. So, it enables the method of underground gasification with blind hole type to recover the coal resources lying under buildings, railways and waterbodies. It will undoubtedly lay an important theoretical foundation for the technique of the UCG to move a step further in the direction of the commercialization production.
