摘    要:黄河苏只水电站为河床式低水头电站。在可行性研究阶段施工导流和进度根据坝址区地形、地质条件、水文特点和枢纽布置等因素,严格按照规范进行设计。在施工详图阶段本着为业主服务和优化设计的原则,适时调整了导流分期、导流时段、围堰防渗型式及河床截流时间等要素,使首台机组发电工期和总工期大大缩短,从一期围堰施工到发电仅用了28个月,该项指标创造了中国同类水电站建设的最快速度。

Abstract:Suzhi is a runoff river hydropower station with low head.According to topographic & geologic conditions,hydrologic features and layout of project,the construction diversion and the progress in the feasibility study period was designed strictly in pursuance of the Specifications.However,in view of the service for the Employer and the optimum design during the period of construction details,it timely adjusted river diversion in stages,diversion time,anti-seepage pattern for cofferdam and river closure so as to greatly shorten the period of the first unit in service and the total construction period.It only spends 28 months to complete the first-stage cofferdam from construction to power generation,which creates the fastest speed for construction of similar hydropower stations in China.
