铌钨强化铁-铬基耐热合金钢及其在球团链箅机箅板上的应用

摘    要:针对球团链箅机箅板的工作条件,研制了一种新材料—铌钨强化铁-铬基耐热合金钢,并与现今普遍使用的球团链箅机箅板用ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN耐热合金钢进行了装机对比试验。研究结果表明,新研制的箅板材料具有优异的抗氧化性能,使用寿命明显高于ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN耐热合金钢箅板,是制作球团链箅机箅板较理想的材料。

Abstract:According to the working condition of grate plate,a new material,Fe-Cr base heat-resisting alloy steel reinforced by Nb-W was developed.Through actual plant test,this new material plate was compared with the one which was currently used and made of ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN heat-resisting alloy steel.The results showed that the new material had excellent oxidation resistance,and its lifetime was longer than ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN heat-resisting alloy steel.Fe-Cr base heat-resisting alloy steel reinforced by Nb-W was an ideal material for making grate plate of grate-kiln pelletizing process.
