摘    要:本文从目前铸造行业对型(芯)砂检测的现状出发,根据生产实际的要求,探讨一种定量化评价芯砂溃散性的实验方法。这种方法的主要过程是在设定的条件下经制样→硬化→称量→烧枯→筛分→再称量六道工序,最后用通过6目标准筛的芯砂的百分率表示芯砂溃散性的优劣。实验表明:此方法可以定量地评价芯砂的溃散性,实验数据与生产实际基本一致,而用干搁浅 强度间接地评价芯砂的溃散性,相关性较差,容易引起错误认识。

Abstract:According to the demand of prodiction, a new method, based on the current methods used by the foundry tradein china, is discussed in this article. It can evaluate the collapsobility of core sand quantitatively. Under the given conditions, thismethod includes six main processes: Sample making, hardening, balancing, baking, distributing and balancing again. Then, thepercentage of Sand passing through the holes of 6 mesh will indicate the collapsibility. The experimests show that this methodcan evaluate the collapsibility of core sand quantitatively. And the experimental figures are cosistant with the practice. Yet themethods to evaluate the collapsibility of core sand indirectly by the tensile strength easily make error conclusions becasuse of thepoor relativity.
