摘    要:研究了动态回复和动态再结晶对亚温形变淬火15钢和15Mn2Nb钢的组织与性能的影响。结果表明:选择适当的亚温形变淬火温度,控制动态回复与动态再结晶程度,可使15钢获得良好的强塑性匹配。合金元素铌能阻碍15Mn2Nb钢动态回复与动态再结晶,同时具有细化晶粒的作用。

Abstract:The effect of dynamic recovery and recrystallization on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 15 and 15Mn2Nb steels deformed and quenched at inferior temperatures was studied. The technology of deforming and quenching at proper inferior temperatures and controlling the quantities of dynamic recovery and recrystallization made 15 steel have a relatively good match of strength and plasticity. The element niobium had the ability resisting the dynamic recovery and recrystallization and also fining the crystal grain of 15Mn2Nb steel.
